REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

However, we do offer exchanges within 3 days after the order has been received. Exchanges are only accepted if you have received an inaccurate order, and a mistake has been made on the behalf of BarBri Extensions. An inaccurate may include receiving the wrong length, texture, or quantity. Exchanges will be granted for items that are returned in the original condition when you received it, with the BarBri Extensions seal still intact. If you receive an inaccurate order, please contact the customer service line for further assistance. 

SHIPPING POLICY

When placing an order online, both your shipping and billing address must match for your order to process. 

Orders are not processed on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.  

Please allow up to 5-10 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping.

  • Standard Shipping is 2-5 business days.  
  • Express shipping is available upon request.

BarBri Extensions is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

Once your package is dropped off to the courier, BarBri Extensions is no longer responsible for it. BarBri Extensions is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen please contact the shipping carrier to submit a claim. BarBri Extensions IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER. 

BarBri Extensions is not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the billing & shipping address is entered correctly upon completion of the order. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping security guidelines. Please be advised that any incorrect billing or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address entered by the customer.

Collecting Personal Information

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. We also share information about your use of the Site, your purchases, and the email address associated with your purchases with Shopify Audiences, through which other Shopify merchants may make offers you may be interested in.

Using Personal Information

Automatic decision-making

We DO NOT engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

·       Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.

·       Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

 

Your rights

GDPR

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.
