We recommend 3 or more bundles when purchasing lengths 18” – 24”, 4 or more bundles when purchasing lengths 26” – 30” and 5 or more bundles when purchasing lengths 32” or longer.
No, all orders placed online must be shipped. If you prefer to schedule a local pick-up, please contact the Customer Service line to see what is in stock and available for on hand purchases.
At BarBri Extensions we are committed to providing you the best luxury experience possible. Accommodations are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. However, we will try to accommodate any reasonable request prior to the order being shipped. Tracking numbers will be sent via email to the email address used when completing the order. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers are NOT provided immediately after your order is placed.
In the event your package is lost to stolen, you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. BarBri Extensions is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier. You must direct all questions and concerns to the shipping carrier for any assistance. Shipping Insurance Is optional and available at checkout to give our customers the option to ensure their package and be compensated by the shipping carrier if it may be lost, stolen, or damaged.
Shipping insurance provides coverage for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. Our shipping insurance covers lost, stolen or damaged packages up to the insured value of your order.
